I have been thinking of going to Mumbai for a visit from quiet sometime. On Jan 26th this year it happened. As the going for the first time to mumbai thought several times which places are there first of all :) and how to plan trip. Later on one of my friend informed about the package they provide for one day visit in mumbai named 'Mumbai Darshan'.
Many travels provide Mumbai Darshan tickets most preferrable Neeta. They charge starting from Rs 150/-. Almost all the travels will cover around 30 places in which few of places they will stop for site seeing and few places will be shown from BUS/Van itself. Each bus will have a dedicated guide who will be guiding throughout the trip. They charge around 320/- additionally in Bus apart from bus tickets this is for the entry fee for few places like Boating at Gateway Of India, 4D Movie, Fish Aquarium, etc..,
We reached mumbai by rent car which we took from Pune railway station and went by Honda City paid an amount of Rs 250/- per head. We start around 4:30 AM and reached SION (Mumbai) by 7:00AM. There we found several travel agencies which provide tickets for Mumbai Darshan. We booked for Neeta travels. People booked from different travels like Neeta, Oswal, RedBus all are kept in same bus and this is maintained by common agency name 'CAROLINE'. Infact the guide mention you book through any travel agency but site seeing will be arranged in common for all agencies through caroline unit itself. Bus was NOT BAD in condition. There are other agencencies also like maharaja and so on...

for mumbai darshan rental car is the best option. get rental car in very affordable rate and roam all mumbai without any tension.
